Privacy policy
Last updated August 30, 2026.
This policy explains how Woohoo Clock collects, uses, stores, and shares information when a parent or caregiver uses the Woohoo mobile app or website.
Overview
Woohoo is a parent-managed toddler routine and sleep-training tool. The app does not create child profiles. Parents should not enter a child's full name or other identifying information in routine names or descriptions.
Information we collect
Account information: when a parent creates or uses an account, Woohoo processes the parent's email address, account identifier, authentication provider, and, when supplied by Google sign-in, display name.
Routine information: signed-in accounts may store routine names, descriptions, times, enabled status, selected colors, images, and program sounds. Guest routines remain on the device unless the parent later creates or signs in to an account.
Device and synchronization information: Woohoo processes a generated device identifier, device display name, app and build version, operating-system and device characteristics, synchronization timestamps, current routine, and program-sound status so account devices can synchronize and remote-control features can work.
Purchase information: Woohoo processes product identifiers, purchase history, receipts or purchase tokens, subscription status, and entitlement status. Woohoo does not receive payment-card or bank-account details from Apple or Google.
Support information: if a parent contacts support, Woohoo receives the email address and information included in that request.
How we use information
Woohoo uses information to authenticate parent accounts, back up and synchronize routines, support remote device controls, provide and restore Woohoo Plus purchases, prevent fraud, maintain security, respond to support requests, and operate and improve app reliability.
Woohoo creates aggregate first-party operational reports from account counts, program counts, device app versions, activity timestamps, and purchase status to understand adoption and reliability. Woohoo does not include a general-purpose third-party behavioral analytics SDK.
Woohoo does not use account, routine, device, or purchase information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Promotional email requires a separate opt-in and is not part of consent to use the app.
Service providers
Google Firebase and Google sign-in process parent authentication information and store signed-in routine, device, consent, and synchronization information. Woohoo requests the parent's basic Google sign-in profile. Google's sign-in SDK may also process parent profile contact fields, coarse location, device identifiers, and limited usage or technical information for sign-in functionality and service analytics. Firebase Authentication may process user-agent and IP-address information for security and abuse prevention. Woohoo's Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database services are hosted in the United States.
RevenueCat processes the parent account identifier, limited device and operating-system information, purchase records, receipts or purchase tokens, and entitlement status to validate, restore, and provide subscription reporting for Woohoo Plus purchases. RevenueCat stores Woohoo customer data in the United States.
Apple and Google process purchases under their own privacy policies. Woohoo does not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks.
Children's privacy
Woohoo is configured and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Woohoo does not ask children for a name, email address, birth date, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifier.
Account creation, cloud synchronization, purchases, external links, and other adult actions require parent involvement. If Woohoo learns that child personal information was submitted, contact support@woohooclock.com so it can be reviewed and deleted.
Retention and deletion
Signed-in account, routine, device, consent, and subscription-linking records are retained while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal or security obligations.
A parent may delete the Woohoo account from the Delete Profile option or at woohooclock.com/delete-account. Account deletion removes the Firebase authentication account, Woohoo cloud routines and device records, recorded consent, and the linked RevenueCat customer record. Local information may remain until app storage is cleared or the app is removed.
Deleting a Woohoo account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled in the applicable store account settings. Apple and Google may retain transaction records under their own policies and legal obligations.
Security and choices
Woohoo uses access controls and encrypted network connections designed to protect account information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Parents may use Woohoo as a guest without creating a cloud account, review this policy before consenting, manage store subscriptions through Apple or Google, and request account deletion at any time.
Policy changes
Woohoo may update this policy as features, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented in the app or through another appropriate parent-facing notice. A new parent consent may be requested when a material policy update takes effect.
